The personnel of ASG have access to the Knowledge Database of the company, which is organized under a CMS in the form of an electronic library (e-library). The electronic library is up to date and covers a plethora of issues in the fields of law, statistics and modern management tools and information, providing the company's executives with a complete set of relevant information and methodological approaches, assisting them to offer their services in the most effective and efficient manner.

 

In order to ensure the high level of its services, ASG has adopted a policy of continuous personnel training and re-training on subjects concerning the latest developments in Information Technology, Telecommunications and Management. Such programs are conducted at regular intervals either within the company or in cooperation with third parties. The results of such approach forms a significant competitive advantage and confirms the commitment of ASG to addressing the challenges, by providing solutions based on the most modern tools and instruments.

ASG has installed since 2006 and operates an ISO 9001 quality assurance management system and currently is certified by the Inspection and Certification Organization DQS, for the areas: Studies, Consulting Services, Design & Development of Software Applications, Installation, Technical Support & Other Services referring to the implementation & operation of Information Systems and project management consulting services.  The Quality Policy of the company is outlined briefly in the following table:

 

A key concern of the company is to meet the needs and expectations of its customers by providing them high quality services.
