The consortium of companies that ASG participates and has the coordinating role, was selected by the General Secretariat for Research and Technology of Ministry of Education, in the context of National program “Cooperation” of 2009 Vol.1 of operational program “Competitiveness”, for the implementation of an innovative project with the title “Public Services’ Benchmarking, Design Monitoring & Evaluation Platform [PSB-DMEP]”.
The proposed project is included in Priority Sector 7.2: Information Systems, technologies, internet application and services and is related to the planning, development, installation and pilot operation of a web based information system of public services’ benchmarking, design monitoring and evaluation. Such information system can be widely used by public sector, as Central Government ministries, public sector subsidiaries, as well as local administration entities, aiming to meet their information needs.
The project’s duration is 36 months and its budget is €525.755,72
The remaining project participants are:

ASG during March has undertaken on behalf of Greek Cooperative Cigarette Manufacturing Company SEKAP, the development of its reorganization plan which was ordered by its management in the context of the company’s general restructuring course.

ASG succesfully conducted the analysis and evaluation of present operational procedures of OPEKEPE, concerning the single farm payment (SFP) regime. In the context of this study a research was conducted in agricultural cooperatives, as well as regional and central OPEKEPE's operations and proposals were submitted by ASG in order OPEKEPE to symplify its system and confront its operational bottlenecks, with ultimate goal the system's efficiency improvement and the best service provision to farmers. |

The goal of these are the evaluation of alternatives for SEKAP's obligations restructuring and the financial and operational viability of the company. |
